Changes to pre-settled status: Q&A with immigration experts

 The Home Office announced people's pre-settled status will be extended by two years before it expires if they have not obtained settled status. In addition, in 2024, they will seek to automatically convert some eligible pre-settled status holders to settled status.

We will present these changes and host a Q&A with our panel: - Immigration Solicitor Chris Benn (Seraphus) - Head of Policy and Advocacy Kezia Tobin (the3million) - representative from the IMA, the independent public body responsible for protecting the rights of EU citizens in the UK and which led the legal challenge against the Home Office that resulted in these changes to the EU Settlement Scheme.
