German-Speaking Picnic in Hampstead Heath

Let's speak German while picnicking in Hampstead Heath. This event is for German speakers (level: beginner to native speakers).

Please bring your own food and drinks. You may wish to bring something traditional German!

Additional suggestions: blankets, folding camping chair, table-cloth, napkins, disposable utensils, plates, glasses, cork opener, recycling and garbage bags.

We will meet in front of Hampstead underground station entrance (Northern Line) at 1:15pm and walk up to Parliament Hill Viewing point for the picnic. Please note there is no cafe or toilets near the viewing point.

Please be on time - the Heath is huge and it can be difficult to find the group if you are not familiar with the heath. I will leave our live location on Google maps on the whatsapp group.

Note that the whatsapp group will be the main form of communication on the day.

It will be a great opportunity to meet new friends while having German conversation.

On the day of the event, if the weather forecast announces rain, I will postpone the event. So please check the event status before coming.
