About the Event
This year #GlobalLiverpool will be much bigger!
Here are some impressions from last year: https://youtu.be/M_pvoMBXctU
Citizens Advice Liverpool will be celebrating the roots and routes which brought us to our Liverpool, this wonderfully welcoming city of refuge!
We are inviting the community to come together for a celebration of some of the many cultures which inform our heritage: through arts, dance, music, poetry, food and all the things which make our human lives more enjoyable!
Admission is free and there will be free food and activities for the whole family!
We will use this as an opportunity to raise awareness of different issues and provide a platform for people from our diverse communities to tell their own stories in their own way.
This event will celebrate the contributions made by volunteers and the value of sharing skills to benefit the wider community as well as individual's personal development.
We live in challenging times and more people than ever need to access advice on how to deal with many different issues, such as the rising cost of living, housing problems and legal matters. We will be joined by a variety of member organisations of the Liverpool Access to Advice Network which will be offering help and support to the local community.
We look forward to welcoming you at our fabulous event and sharing with you all the wonderful contributions from so many different community groups!
